Louise Brooks Film Programs

  In recent years, Louise Brooks has appeared on the cover of not only magazines, but also film programs, festival booklets and related brochures dating from 1959 to the present. (Not-included here are recent examples of Brooks’ image used on digital / non-print programs.) This page, one of a handful which document Brooks’ published cover appearances, feature contemporary programs issued in the United States, Europe and South America. (One comes from Brazil.) Covers are presented in chronological order. More are known to exist, but due to their ephemera nature, are hard to track down.
