This page collects portraits of Louise Brooks from her time in Europe. These images date from the period 1928 through 1930. Most of these images are studio portraits, except for a few candid shots. Lothar Wolff, a publicist for G. W. Pabst, befriended Brooks when the actress was working on Pandora's Box. His unusually playful snapshot of Brooks in a bathing suit was later reproduced as a postcard in Germany.
